How we test
Every comparison on this site follows the same rules. If a page doesn't meet them, it doesn't get published.
One workflow per category, built on every tool
Each category has a fixed job. Agency platforms: a fictional agency with one client pipeline (four stages), a booking calendar, one automation (form → tag → three-email sequence) and a white-label check. Creator platforms: a two-lesson course and a one-page funnel, through to checkout and payout settings. Same job on every tool. That's what makes it a comparison rather than three product tours.

We sign up, pay or trial, and build the job ourselves. Every screenshot on this site was taken by us on an account we control. Vendor marketing images are not evidence of anything and don't appear here as if they were.
Prices checked, and dated
Every price comes from the vendor's own pricing page, read on monthly billing with the annual figure alongside, because most vendor pages default to the discounted annual number and that isn't what a month-to-month customer pays. We re-check on a schedule (a script is being brought online to do it daily) and flag anything that moved; the check date sits under every table so you can see how fresh it is. Where a vendor page doesn't state a limit, we say so rather than guess. Prices show in US dollars as billed, with an Australian dollar conversion at a rate refreshed daily.
"Documentation-based" means exactly that
When a tool's hands-on test isn't finished, its section is labelled documentation-based and describes only the vendor's published plans and limits. It's swapped for test results when they exist. We'd rather label a draft than fake a test.
What we won't do
Take money for placement or rankings. Write "we tested" about anything we didn't. Call ourselves unbiased; some vendors pay us and we say which. Claim a page covers the whole market; it covers the tools on it.
